Sportin her new shirt from Mississippi. Not very feminine, but we gotta show our support for Daddy! It's probably more appropriate for her personality than pink flowers anyway!

Rachel is just a little whriling dervish! She is not afraid to try anything and of course wants to do everything her big brother Evan can do! Evan's an expert at driving his plasma car (really cool- moves on kinesthetic energy alone!) so Rachel is ready to be a race car driver too. Move over Danica!

The underarm of America...

AKA - Mississippi!
I had a great time visiting with my honey before he goes overseas. We hit the beach - GROSS! The ocean was like lake water, except with tons of jellyfish, and you couldn't smell any sea air- very bizarre! Hit the casinos - fun, but limited entertainment. And there you have it, all that's left in Mississippi after Katrina! I do have to say though, that construction is going on everywhere, and most people we ran into were uber-friendly. They are trying their best to rebuild against many obstacles.

We did eat very well in typical Way family style, lots of fresh seafood - yummy!

We got quite a kick out of the Keep Off sign guarding the marina outside of a delish bayside bar :)

Trying new things...
